‘COVID 19 UPDATE’
Mini camp 20th to 21st August and Big camp 24th August to 28th 2020.
I am planning on running this event and have a few deposits in already but I am going to offer 10 mini camp spaces with 5 reserve spaces (incase we can offer more nearer the time). Mini camp will have no sleep over at the moment but will still run under the same format as the last 10 years. (unless restrictions change). £200 pp(If we can have people stay) or £180 pp if not staying over or bringing own pony.
I will be offering 15 spaces for Big camp with 5 reserved spaces (if we can offer more nearer the time). Big camp will have no shared accommodation and at the moment no trip will take place, however I’ve some amazing alternatives lined up. I will have all precautions and measures in place to have a fun, safe and enjoyable 10th anniversary camp. £450 or own pony £410.
All £50 deposits will need to be in by Monday 6th of July 2020 and providing all goes well full payments will be needed by 10th of August 2020. Should the unfortunate happen and the government stop us we will provide a full refund of deposits by way of riding vouchers or a cash refund. Please do bear with us as all the information and guidelines change so frequently, we would hate not to be able to offer this amazing opportunity for the children so need to be prepared!

2020 MINI CAMP WILL RUN FROM 20TH OF AUGUST TO 21ST OF AUGUST 2020 AND IS DESIGNED FOR CHILDREN FROM APPROXIMATELY 5YRS OLD AND UP AND WHO HAVE NON TO LITTLE EQUESTRIAN KNOWLEDGE. THIS WILL BE THE 10TH YEAR RUNNING OUR SUMMER CAMPS, THEY GET BETTER EVERY TIME, CHILDREN ARRIVE AT 9 AM ON THE WEDNESDAY READY FOR ALL THE FUN AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE TWO DAYS. WILL HAVE LOTS OF RIDING, STABLE MANAGEMENT AND GAMES FOLLOWED BY A BBQ FOR TEA. CHILDREN NOT CAMPING WILL NEED TO BE PICKED UP WEDNESDAY NIGHT BY 6PM AND ARRIVE BACK THE FOLLOWING MORNING BY 8:30 FOR BREAKFAST, PRIZE GIVING AND BADGES WILL TAKE PART AT 4:30PM ON THURSDAY FOR PARENTS/CAREERS TO SEE WHAT EVERYONES ACHIEVED, WITH HOME TIME AT 4PM.
THE CAMP RIDING WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOONS ON ALL DAYS. CHILDREN WILL BE ABLE TO WORK ON AND COMPLETE THEIR PONY CLUB BADGES AND TAKE PART AT THE END OF CAMP COMPETITIONS.
THE MINI CAMP ACTIVITIES WILL GIVE THEM LASTING MEMORIES AND THE CHANCE TO MAKE NEW FRIENDS, AS WELL AS LEARNING NEW SKILLS. ALL OF THE STAFF HAVE JUST AS MUCH FUN AND LOOK FORWARD TO CREATING THIS ADVENTURE FOR THE CHILDREN.
THE COST FOR CAMP THIS YEAR IS £200.00 INCLUSIVE, IF CHILDREN ARE NOT SLEEPING OVER, IT WILL BE £180.00 IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR OWN PONY IT WILL BE £180.00 (FIELD OR STABLE PROVIDED AND HAYLAGE BUT ANY ADDITIONAL FEED WILL NOT)
A NON-REFUNDABLE (UNLESS A DOCTORS NOTE IS PROVIDED) DEPOSIT OF £50.00 BY MARCH 31ST TO SECURE YOUR PLACE AND FULL PAYMENT BY 31ST MAY.

WATERPROOFS TOP AND BOTTOM THAT ARE WATERPROOF
SWIMSUITS ONEPIECE ONLY! LARGE TOWEL.
FLIP FLOPS OR CROCS FOR AROUND CAMPSITE.
MEDICATION IN LABELED BAG WITH INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMINISTRATION AND PERMISION TO ADMINISTER NOTE SIGNED BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN!
RIDING EQUIPMENT, 2 PAIRS OF GLOVES MIN.
BOOK TO READ AT NIGHT.
PENS AND NOTEBOOK.
WATER DINKS BOTTLE NAMED.
NO VALUABLES! IF A PHONE NEEDS TO COME WITH YOUR CHILD IT MUST HAVE NAME ON AND BE HANDED IN AT THE BEGINNING OF CAMP.
CAMERAS ALSO TO BE HANDED IN.
CURRENT STANDARD BODY PROTECTORS ONLY FOR X-COUNTRY COURSE OR THEY CANT RIDE ON IT AND RIDING HAT WITHOUT A FIXED PEEK (YOU CAN BORROW ONE OF OURS IF NEED BE).
