HILL FARM RIDING SCHOOL CAMP 2020

 ‘COVID 19 UPDATE’

Mini camp 20th to 21st August and Big camp 24th August to 28th 2020.

 

I am planning on running this event and have a few deposits in already but I am going to offer 10 mini camp spaces with 5 reserve spaces (incase we can offer more nearer the time). Mini camp will have no sleep over at the moment but will still run under the same format as the last 10 years. (unless restrictions change). £200 pp(If we can have people stay) or £180 pp if not staying over or bringing own pony.

 

I will be offering 15 spaces for Big camp with 5 reserved spaces (if we can offer more nearer the time). Big camp will have no shared accommodation and at the moment no trip will take place, however I’ve some amazing alternatives lined up. I will have all precautions and measures in place to have a fun, safe and enjoyable 10th anniversary camp.  £450 or own pony £410.

 

All £50 deposits will need to be in by Monday 6th of July 2020 and providing all goes well full payments will be needed by 10th of August 2020. Should the unfortunate happen and the government stop us  we will provide a full refund of deposits by way of riding vouchers or a cash refund. Please do bear with us as all the information and guidelines change so frequently, we would hate not to be able to offer this amazing opportunity for the children so need to be prepared!

2020 BIG CAMP WILL RUN FROM 24TH OF AUGUST TO 28TH OF AUGUST 2020, MONDAY 10AM ARRIVAL AND FRIDAY 4:00PM WITH PRESENTATIONS AT 4:30PM AND IS DESIGNED FOR CHILDREN FROM APPROXIMATELY 7 YRS OLD AND UP AND WHO HAVE SOME EQUESTRIAN KNOWLEDGE. THIS WILL BE THE 9TH YEAR RUNNING OUR SUMMER CAMPS. THEY GET BIGGER AND BETTER EVERY TIME, CHILDREN CAN ARRIVE AT 9 AM ON MONDAY, CAMP WILL BE SET UP FOLLOWED BY A SAFETY MEETING AND A RUNDOWN OF THE WEEK. 

*PLEASE NOTE THS WILL BE REVIEWED TO KEEP WITHIN GOVERNMENT GUIDE LINES*

 

DURING THE CAMP RIDING WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOONS. CHILDREN WILL BE ABLE TO WORK ON AND COMPLETE THEIR PONY CLUB BADGES AND TAKE PART AT THE END OF CAMP COMPETITION. 

THE WEEKS ACTIVITIES WILL GIVE THEM LASTING MEMORIES AND THE CHANCE TO MAKE NEW FRIENDS, AS WELL AS LEARNING NEW SKILLS. ALL OF THE STAFF HAVE JUST AS MUCH FUN AND LOOK FORWARD TO CREATING THIS ADVENTURE FOR THE CHILDREN.

THE COST FOR CAMP THIS YEAR IS £450.00 INCLUSIVE IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR OWN PONY IT WILL BE £410.00 (FIELD OR STABLE PROVIDED AND HAYLAGE BUT ANY ADDITIONAL FEED WILL NOT) 

NON-REFUNDABLE (UNLESS A DOCTORS NOTE IS PROVIDE)

DEPOSIT OF £50.00 BY MARCH 31ST AND FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY MAY 31ST TO SECURE YOUR PLACE.

CURRENT STANDARD BODY PROTECTORS ONLY FOR X-COUNTRY COURSE OR THEY CANT RIDE ON IT AND RIDING HAT WITHOUT A FIXED PEEK AND BOTH MUST BE UP TO STANDARD(YOU CAN BORROW ONE OF OURS IF NEED BE).
